Important Information:

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

A 10% CANCELLATION FEE APPLIES TO ALL CUSTOMER-REQUESTED ORDER CANCELLATIONS. The fee will be calculated from the merchandise subtotal and deducted from the customer’s refund. Placing an order reserves inventory and may cause TCG Stadium to remove that inventory from other sales channels. Orders cannot be canceled without the applicable fee because of buyer’s remorse, market-price changes, duplicate purchases, failure to use a discount code, or a change in the customer’s personal circumstances.

Once an order has been processed, packed, transferred to fulfillment, or shipped, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation and will instead be governed by our return policy. TCG Stadium will not assess a cancellation fee when TCG Stadium cancels an order because the product cannot be supplied.

SEALED PRODUCTS AND MANUFACTURER DEFECTS

TCG STADIUM IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR MANUFACTURING OR FACTORY-PACKAGING DEFECTS IN AUTHENTIC, FACTORY-SEALED PRODUCTS. This includes, without limitation, missing cards or packs, duplicate contents, damaged cards inside otherwise intact packaging, printing defects, miscuts, poor centering, crimping, factory seal irregularities, incorrect pull rates, and the absence of any particular card, rarity, “hit,” or advertised chase card.

Opening a sealed product confirms acceptance of the exterior condition and makes the product ineligible for return based on its contents. Claims involving factory contents or manufacturing defects should be directed to the applicable manufacturer. TCG Stadium does not guarantee pull rates, card values, grades, investment performance, or the contents of randomized products.

This provision does not apply when TCG Stadium sends the wrong product, materially misrepresents the product, or causes damage through improper handling or packaging.

MARKET PRICE CHANGES

Trading-card and collectible prices can change rapidly. The price confirmed when the order is placed is final. A later decrease in market value, promotional price, competitor price, or restock does not entitle the purchaser to a refund, cancellation-fee waiver, price adjustment, or store credit.

ORDER ACCURACY AND SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for reviewing the product, quantity, condition, shipping address, and payment information before submitting an order. TCG Stadium is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or additional shipping costs caused by an incomplete or incorrect address supplied by the customer. Orders returned because of an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to claim the package may be refunded only after receipt by TCG Stadium, less applicable cancellation fees and nonrefundable shipping costs.

SHIPPING DAMAGE, MISSING ITEMS, AND DELIVERY CLAIMS

Any claim involving an incorrect item, missing item, or shipping damage must be submitted within [3 business days] of delivery and must include:

The order number
Photographs of the shipping box, shipping label, internal packaging, and product
Photographs clearly showing the claimed damage or discrepancy
An uninterrupted package-opening video when requested for high-value orders

Customers must retain all packaging until the claim is resolved. Discarding the packaging or failing to provide reasonable documentation may prevent TCG Stadium from validating the claim.

A carrier scan showing “delivered” does not automatically establish that TCG Stadium mishandled the order. Customers must first check the delivery location, household members, neighbors, property management, and the applicable carrier. TCG Stadium will assist with an eligible carrier claim but does not guarantee reimbursement for packages confirmed delivered, stolen after delivery, or redirected at the customer’s request.

RETURNS AND PRODUCT CONDITION

Products must be returned in the exact condition in which they were sold. Factory-sealed products must remain sealed and untampered with. Single cards, graded cards, and other condition-sensitive collectibles may not be returned because of subjective disagreement with condition when the item materially matches its listing and photographs.

TCG Stadium may reject a return involving opened, used, altered, switched, resealed, or damaged merchandise; missing components; removed labels; or different serial numbers, certification numbers, or identifying characteristics.

FRAUDULENT CLAIMS AND CHARGEBACKS

Customers must contact TCG Stadium and provide a reasonable opportunity to investigate and resolve an issue before initiating a payment dispute. TCG Stadium reserves the right to provide order records, customer communications, tracking information, photographs, video, serial or certification numbers, and other evidence in response to a chargeback.

Fraudulent returns, product switching, false nondelivery claims, unauthorized chargebacks, or misuse of the return process may result in denial of the claim, restriction of future purchases, or referral to the appropriate payment provider or authorities.

By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have reviewed and accepted these terms. Nothing in this policy limits any consumer right that cannot legally be waived.

Domestic Shipping Only
We currently ship within the United States and to APO addresses. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

Free Shipping Eligibility

Orders totaling $199.99 or more qualify for free shipping to the contiguous United States.
Orders below $199.99 are subject to a flat-rate shipping fee of $6 or less, depending on weight.

Exclusions from Free/Flat-Rate Shipping

Shipments to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska, P.O. Boxes, and APO addresses are not eligible for free or flat-rate shipping.
The exact shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on the total order weight.

Shipping Carriers & Methods

Our preferred carriers are UPS (Ground) and USPS (First Class/Priority).
The specific shipping method is determined during order processing based on weight and location.

Signature Requirement

Some packages may require a signature upon delivery due to security requirements.
If a signature cannot be obtained, the package may be held at a facility for pickup or require rescheduling.

Processing & Transit Times

Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days (processing time may vary during peak seasons).
Transit times generally range from 2–5 business days, but delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather.

At TCG Stadium, we strive to process orders quickly so you can get your products fast. If you need to cancel an order, please reach out to us at support@tcgstadium.com right away.

Once processing has begun, a 10% cancellation fee will apply to cover transaction and handling costs.
Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled and must follow our return policy if eligible.
Preorders can be canceled any time before shipping but are also subject to the 10% cancellation fee unless store credit is selected.
The cancellation fee is waived if store credit is chosen instead of a refund.
