📦 Shipping Policy

  • Domestic Shipping Only: We currently ship within the United States and to APO addresses. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
  • Free Shipping Eligibility:
    • Orders totaling $199.99 or more qualify for free shipping to the contiguous United States.
    • Orders below $199.99 are subject to a flat-rate shipping fee of $6 or less, depending on weight.
  • Exclusions from Free/Flat-Rate Shipping:
    • Shipments to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska, P.O. Boxes, and APO addresses are not eligible for free or flat-rate shipping.
    • The exact shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on the total order weight.
  • Shipping Carriers & Methods:
    • Our preferred carriers are UPS (Ground) and USPS (First Class/Priority).
    • The specific shipping method is determined during order processing based on weight and location.
  • Signature Requirement:
    • Some packages may require a signature upon delivery due to security requirements.
    • If a signature cannot be obtained, the package may be held at a facility for pickup or require rescheduling.
  • Processing & Transit Times:
    • Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days (processing time may vary during peak seasons).
    • Transit times generally range from 2-5 business days, but delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather.
    • All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Nashville, TN.

 

Anti-Bot & Purchase Limit Policy

At TCG Stadium, we are committed to ensuring a fair shopping experience for all customers. To maintain the integrity of our store and prevent automated purchasing abuse, we have established the following Anti-Bot & Purchase Limit Policy:


🚫 Botting is Strictly Prohibited

  • The use of automated bots, scripts, or any third-party tools to purchase products from our store is strictly prohibited.
  • Orders suspected of being placed using automation or violating our fair purchasing guidelines will be automatically canceled without prior notice.
  • Customers found engaging in botting or automated purchasing may be permanently banned from making future purchases.

📦 Purchase Limits

  • Certain high-demand products may have purchase limits per customer to ensure fair access for all buyers.
  • Any attempt to exceed these limits by placing multiple orders, using multiple accounts, or other workarounds will result in order cancellation and potential account restrictions.

🔍 Order Verification & Enforcement

  • We actively monitor and review orders to detect suspicious purchasing behavior.
  • If an order is flagged for potential bot use or excessive purchasing, our team reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a refund.
  • Customers affected by an order cancellation due to this policy will be notified via email.

⚠️ Consequences of Violating This Policy

  • First Violation: Order cancellation and a warning.
  • Repeated Violations: Account suspension and potential permanent ban from future purchases.

My order contains in-stock and Pre-Order items. Can you ship the Pre-Order items separately?

  • As a default, orders will not ship until all items on that order are available. We suggest putting pre-orders on separate orders from currently available items so that they can ship as soon as they are available.
