- In order to maintain the integrity of our inventory, we do not accept returns of any trading card games (i.e. Pokemon, Magic, Yugioh, Dragon Ball Super, etc.).
- Pre-Orders may be cancelled within 30 days of the purchase date for full refund to the original payment method. Cancellations beyond the 30 days will have to be refunded as store credit.
We do not accept returns or exchanges of any opened product, unless the item you purchased is defective or is not as described. We also do not accept returns or exchanges of any factory defects for a product or if a shipment is lost in transit. If you received a defective item, please contact us at contact@tcg-stadium.com with details of the product and the defect. You can send the item you consider defective back to the original address.
