📦 Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping Only
We currently ship within the United States and to APO addresses. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

Free Shipping Eligibility

• Orders totaling $199.99 or more qualify for free shipping to the contiguous United States.

• Orders below $199.99 are subject to a flat-rate shipping fee of $6 or less, depending on weight.

Exclusions from Free/Flat-Rate Shipping

• Shipments to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska, P.O. Boxes, and APO addresses are not eligible for free or flat-rate shipping.

• The exact shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on the total order weight.

Shipping Carriers & Methods

• Our preferred carriers are UPS (Ground) and USPS (First Class/Priority).

• The specific shipping method is determined during order processing based on weight and location.

Signature Requirement

• Some packages may require a signature upon delivery due to security requirements.

• If a signature cannot be obtained, the package may be held at a facility for pickup or require rescheduling.

Processing & Transit Times

• Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days (processing time may vary during peak seasons).

• Transit times generally range from 2–5 business days, but delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather.

• All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Nashville, TN.

🛑 Order Cancellation Policy
At TCG Stadium, we strive to process orders quickly so you can get your products fast. If you need to cancel an order, please reach out to us at support@tcgstadium.com right away.

• Once processing has begun, a 10% cancellation fee will apply to cover transaction and handling costs.

• Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled and must follow our return policy if eligible.

• Preorders can be canceled any time before shipping but are also subject to the 10% cancellation fee unless store credit is selected.

• The cancellation fee is waived if store credit is chosen instead of a refund.

🤖 Anti-Bot & Purchase Limit Policy

🚫 Botting is Strictly Prohibited

• The use of automated bots, scripts, or any third-party tools to purchase products from our store is strictly prohibited.

• Orders suspected of being placed using automation or violating our fair purchasing guidelines will be automatically canceled without prior notice.

• Customers found engaging in botting or automated purchasing may be permanently banned from making future purchases.

📦 Purchase Limits

• Any attempt to exceed these limits by placing multiple orders, using multiple accounts, or other workarounds will result in order cancellation and potential account restrictions.

• If an order is flagged for potential bot use or excessive purchasing, our team reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a refund.

• Customers affected by an order cancellation due to this policy will be notified via email.

📦 Mixed In-Stock & Pre-Order Shipping

As a default, orders will not ship until all items on that order are available. We recommend placing pre-orders separately from in-stock items so your available products can ship right away.

Please Note: This product is brand new & factory sealed. In order to maintain the integrity of our inventory, we do not accept returns of any trading card games.

Any issues related to mispacks, misprints, or other manufacturing defects must be resolved by contacting The Pokémon Company directly.

Preorder Pricing:
Preorder prices are set based on the manufacturer's suggested retail price (MSRP) or our store's pricing policy at the time of preorder. We strive to offer competitive pricing for all preorders.

Final Sales Price:
Once a preorder is placed and the product is purchased, the sales price becomes final. This means that if the price of the product is later lowered, we will not provide refunds or compensation for the price difference. Alternatively, we will not charge more if the price is raised after purchase.
