The Pokémon TCG’s 30th anniversary celebration is shaping up to be one of the biggest product waves the hobby has ever seen. After weeks of rumors, early listings, and product teases, the full 30th Celebration lineup is now coming into focus — and it is massive.

The upcoming Pokémon TCG: 30th Celebration expansion is set to release on September 16, 2026, with a coordinated worldwide launch. The set celebrates 30 years of the Pokémon Trading Card Game with all-foil booster packs, 30 different Pikachu cards, a Classic Collection featuring cards from across Pokémon TCG history, and a brand-new Futuristic Rare rarity.

For collectors, this lineup is not just one special set. It is a full anniversary product campaign with Elite Trainer Boxes, Ultra-Premium Collections, Mini Tins, promo boxes, sticker collections, battle decks, Japanese-exclusive products, and multiple chase-worthy promos featuring Pokémon like Pikachu, Espeon, Umbreon, Sylveon, Greninja, Ditto, Mew, and Mewtwo.

Here is everything currently known about the newly surfaced Pokémon TCG 30th Celebration products.

Pokémon TCG: 30th Celebration Main Set

The core 30th Celebration set is the centerpiece of the entire anniversary lineup. Every booster pack is expected to contain only foil cards, making this one of the flashiest Pokémon TCG special sets ever released.

The set will feature 30 different Pikachu cards, with one Pikachu included in every pack. It will also include a 30-card Classic Collection, bringing back memorable cards from different eras of the Pokémon TCG. This gives the set a similar nostalgic appeal to Celebrations from the 25th anniversary, but with a larger, more modern product strategy around it.

The new Futuristic Rare rarity is another major headline. These cards feature a more modern, stylized design direction and are expected to be some of the most talked-about chase cards in the set. Mew ex and Mewtwo ex have already been highlighted as part of this new rarity style.

30th Celebration Elite Trainer Box

ImageImage

The standard 30th Celebration Elite Trainer Box will likely be one of the main entry points for collectors. It includes 9 booster packs from the 30th Celebration expansion, along with the usual ETB accessories such as sleeves, dice, dividers, energy cards, and a storage box.

The biggest surprise is the promo choice: Nidorina. Instead of going with a predictable Pikachu, Charizard, or Eevee promo, Pokémon appears to be giving the ETB an Illustration Rare-style Nidorina promo. That is a bold choice, and it may make the promo stand out more than expected simply because nobody saw it coming.

Pokémon Center 30th Celebration Elite Trainer Box

ImageImage

The Pokémon Center version of the 30th Celebration ETB is expected to be the premium version of the standard ETB. Based on current information, it should include more booster packs than the regular ETB and an additional Pokémon Center-stamped version of the Nidorina promo.

If that holds true, this will likely be one of the most in-demand products in the entire lineup. Pokémon Center ETBs already tend to be popular with sealed collectors, and a stamped anniversary promo only adds more pressure.

30th Celebration Poster Collection

Image

The Poster Collection will include 3 booster packs, three promo cards featuring Articuno, Zapdos, and Moltres, and a full-size two-sided poster featuring artwork from the 30th Celebration expansion.

This product feels like one of the strongest lower-cost collector items in the lineup. The Legendary Birds are always popular, and getting all three as promos in one box gives the product a clean nostalgic hook.

30th Celebration Tech Sticker Collection

ImageImage

The Tech Sticker Collection will include 3 booster packs, a promo card, and a matching sticker sheet. The known promo options are Alolan Exeggutor and Lucario.

This is more of a casual collector product, but Lucario being involved gives it some real appeal. If the promo art is strong, this could be one of those products that performs better than expected despite not being a premium box.

30th Celebration Pokémon ex Box — Sylveon ex and Greninja ex

ImageImage

The Pokémon ex Box will come in two versions: Sylveon ex and Greninja ex. Each version is expected to include 4 booster packs, a foil promo card, and an oversize card.

This is one of the most obvious fan-favorite products in the early lineup. Sylveon and Greninja are both extremely popular, and both have proven collector demand. If either promo has standout artwork, these boxes could become much harder to find than a normal ex box.

30th Celebration Knock Out Collection

Image

The 30th Celebration Knock Out Collection is expected to include 2 booster packs, an Eevee promo card, and a commemorative coin.

This will probably be one of the cheapest ways to open 30th Celebration packs while still getting a promo. The Eevee inclusion is important, because even smaller products can become collector targets when Eevee is involved.

30th Celebration 2-Pack Blister

Image

The 2-Pack Blister appears to have a similar value proposition to the Knock Out Collection: 2 booster packs, an Eevee promo, and a commemorative coin.

The difference may come down to packaging format or retail channel. Either way, this gives collectors another lower-cost way to access the set without committing to an ETB or premium collection.

30th Celebration Binder Collection

Image

The Binder Collection is expected to release after the first wave and includes a 9-pocket commemorative binder plus 5 booster packs.

This is a practical product for collectors who plan to build the set. Since 30th Celebration is expected to have a strong visual identity with all-foil cards, Pikachu variants, and Classic Collection cards, a themed binder makes sense. The main drawback is that there does not appear to be an exclusive promo included.

30th Celebration Booster Bundle

Image

The Booster Bundle will include 6 booster packs and no extra accessories.

This is the cleanest product for people who just want packs. No promos, no binder, no extras — just 30th Celebration boosters. If pull rates are good or if sealed supply gets tight, Booster Bundles could become very popular with both rippers and sealed collectors.

30th Celebration Day & Night Mini Tins

Image

The Day & Night Mini Tins are expected to release in 10 different artworks. Each tin includes 2 booster packs, a sticker sheet, and an art card.

The most interesting detail is that the tin artwork reportedly connects into a larger “ANNIVERSARY” display using Unown. That gives the tins a full-set collecting angle, which could make sealed displays and complete tin sets much more desirable.

30th Celebration Battle Deck — Espeon ex and Umbreon ex

ImageImage

The 30th Celebration Battle Deck product will feature Espeon ex and Umbreon ex versions. These are expected to include all-foil 60-card decks, a deck box, a coin, a playmat, and an additional promo featuring either Victini or Zeraora.

This is one of the strongest products in the lineup from a character-demand standpoint. Espeon and Umbreon are two of the most collectible Eeveelutions, and Pokémon clearly knows that. Even if these are more playable-style products than premium collector boxes, the Eeveelution factor alone will make them popular.

30th Celebration Ditto Premium Collection

Image

The Ditto Premium Collection is one of the more unique products in the lineup. It is expected to include a Ditto promo, an acrylic display piece, and 8 booster packs.

This could be a sleeper product. Ditto is not used as often as Pikachu, Charizard, or Eevee in premium products, but it has a strong fan base. The acrylic display also gives the box more shelf appeal than a normal promo collection.

30th Celebration Ultra-Premium Collection — Day & Night

ImageImageImageImage

The 30th Celebration Ultra-Premium Collection may end up being the crown jewel of the English product lineup. Current information points to two versions: Day and Night.

The Day version is expected to feature Pikachu ex and Espeon ex promos, while the Night version is expected to feature Pikachu ex and Umbreon ex promos. The box is also expected to include a large number of 30th Celebration booster packs, a Classic Collection booster pack, and premium accessories such as a playmat, sleeves, and deck box.

This is almost guaranteed to be one of the hardest products to get at launch. Between the anniversary branding, Pikachu, Espeon, Umbreon, and Ultra-Premium Collection format, demand will likely be extremely high.

30th Celebration Figure Collection — Mew and Mewtwo

ImageImage

The Figure Collection will reportedly come in two versions: Mew and Mewtwo. Each box is expected to include a promo card, an oversize card, a figure, and 5 booster packs.

This product feels like a direct hit for display collectors. Mew and Mewtwo are two of the most iconic Pokémon in the franchise, and figure collections have historically done well when the featured Pokémon are strong enough.

Japanese MEGA Expansion Pack 30th CELEBRATION

Japan will receive MEGA Expansion Pack 30th CELEBRATION as its version of the anniversary set. The Japanese booster boxes are expected to include 20 packs, with 6 cards per pack.

This release is especially important because Japanese products often shape collector expectations for the English version. If the Japanese set has strong pull rates, exclusive card treatments, or better-looking sealed presentation, demand could be huge internationally.

30th CELEBRATION FUTURISTIC BOX

The Japanese 30th CELEBRATION FUTURISTIC BOX is one of the most premium products revealed so far. It includes two Pikachu ex Futuristic Rare promo cards, special accessories, a display frame, sleeves, dice, markers, a playmat, and storage items.

This is a true collector product. The two Pikachu ex promos are the main attraction, and the Futuristic Rare design ties directly into the new visual identity of the anniversary set.

30th CELEBRATION Premium Deck Set Espeon & Umbreon

Japan is also getting a Premium Deck Set featuring Espeon ex and Umbreon ex. This product includes two 60-card decks, full-art Espeon ex and Umbreon ex cards, coins, a playmat, and a premium deck case.

This may be one of the best Japanese products in the entire 30th Celebration lineup. Espeon and Umbreon are already collector magnets, and a premium deck set with full-art versions gives the product both display appeal and gameplay value.

30th CELEBRATION Card Sets

The Japanese 30th CELEBRATION Card Sets will feature regional starter trios. There are expected to be nine different versions covering Kanto, Johto, Hoenn, Sinnoh, Unova, Kalos, Alola, Galar, and Paldea.

Each set includes three holo starter promos, two booster packs, and a display stand. These could become sleeper products because they are affordable, easy to collect by favorite generation, and built around starter Pokémon nostalgia.

What Products Look Like the Biggest Winners?

The clear early winners are the Ultra-Premium Collections, Pokémon Center ETB, Japanese Futuristic Box, Japanese Espeon & Umbreon Premium Deck Set, and anything involving Espeon, Umbreon, Mew, Mewtwo, Pikachu, or Eevee.

The Day & Night UPCs will likely be the most chased English sealed products. The Pokémon Center ETB should also be extremely competitive because of the stamped promo. The Japanese Futuristic Box could become one of the standout international collector items because of the Pikachu ex promos and premium display pieces.

For lower-cost products, the Poster Collection and Eevee promo products may perform better than expected. Legendary Birds and Eevee are both strong enough to carry smaller boxes.

Final Thoughts

The Pokémon TCG 30th Celebration lineup is not just another special set. It is a full anniversary campaign built to hit every type of collector: sealed collectors, promo collectors, Eeveelution fans, Pikachu collectors, Japanese product collectors, casual pack openers, and players.

With all-foil packs, guaranteed Pikachu cards, a Classic Collection, Futuristic Rare cards, and a massive product lineup, 30th Celebration already looks like one of the biggest Pokémon TCG releases in years.

The biggest question now is supply. If Pokémon prints this set heavily, collectors may have time to choose their favorite products without panic. But if early waves are limited, products like the Pokémon Center ETB, Ultra-Premium Collections, Japanese Futuristic Box, and Espeon/Umbreon products could disappear extremely fast.

Either way, 30th Celebration is going to be one of the defining Pokémon TCG releases of 2026.
